To setup a new California wholesale account with The Duckhorn Portfolio, please use the link below. You will begin the Credit Application using a contracted third party service, DocuSign. You will first be prompted to provide your name and email address, then you will be emailed a link with a signing validation code – please enter the validation code into the Duckhorn Credit Application window. Should you have any issue with your access code, please email creditapplication@duckhorn.com for further assistance.
Once you complete the application and click the FINISH button, a copy will be sent to you and an option to download or print the application will be shown. Within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email notification from creditapplication@duckhorn.com letting you know when your account will be ready to place orders.
